REFUND POLICY
1. Money-Back Guarantee Period
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for customers who acquire premium licenses of our digital products (UI kits, themes, templates, and services).
2. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for refund:
- Products with severe technical defects that prevent normal use
- Products that do not match the description provided in our store
- Compatibility issues not mentioned in the product documentation
- Accidental duplicate purchase (same product purchased twice)
NOT eligible for refund:
- Purchases made during promotional periods, special offers, or discounts (promotional sales are final)
- Products that have already been downloaded and used in production projects
- Change of mind or personal preferences after download
- Lack of technical knowledge to implement the product
- Incompatibility with third-party software not specified in product requirements
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact our support team within the 10-day period
- Provide your order number and purchase email address
- Explain in detail the reason for your request
- Provide evidence supporting your request (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
Important note: We track download records of our products. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify that the product has not been downloaded or used extensively.
4. Processing Time
Once the refund is approved, processing will take between 5 to 7 business days. The exact time will depend on your payment method and financial institution.
5. Digital Products and Downloads
Due to the digital nature of our products, which cannot be "returned" once downloaded, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests in the following cases:
- Evidence of complete product package download
- Use of the product in active projects
- Requests we deem fraudulent or abusive
6. Exceptions and Final Decision
We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on an individual basis and make the final decision based on the specific circumstances of each case.
